La Corse et son savoir-faire au Salon de l'Agriculture.
 
150 producteurs quittent l'île le temps du Salon international de l'agriculture et s'installent au cœur d'un village de 500m2 reconstitué Porte de Versailles à Paris, du 23 février au 3 mars. La Corse est la région française qui bénéficie du plus grand nombre de signes officiels de qualité.

 
Onze produits sont aujourd'hui protégés par une appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC): vin, brocciu, huile d'olive, miel, farine de châtaigne, Prisuttu, Coppa, Lonzu… La clémentine se distingue quand à elle par une indication géographie protégée, IGP.

150 producers is leaving the island the time of the International Exhibition of Agriculture and setting in the heart of a restored village of 500m2 Porte de Versailles in Paris on February 23 to March 3. Corsica is the French region that has the largest number of official signs of quality.


Eleven products are now protected designation of origin (AOC) wine, brocciu, olive oil, honey, chestnut flour, Prisuttu, Coppa, Lonzu ... Clementine distinguish itself by geographical indication protected IGP.
